1. Free shipping for U.S. order over $75. 

2. U.S. orders under $75 have a shipping fee of $3.50 for USPS First Class Package service. 

3. For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

4. If a shipping option you would like is not listed, please contact us via the Chat feature or email us info@talarmal.com.

1. U.S. and Canada 

Duties are included for our jewelry lovers in the U.S. and Canada. Appropriate taxes are applied at check-out according to the location of the shipping address.

2. Australia and Europe

Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products for Australia and most European countries. Before ordering, please check with your local customs office or contact info@talarmal.com if you have any questions about import taxes and duties. 

3. Other international shipments 

Please note that duties and taxes may be applied to your shipment that you will be responsible for. Talarmal cannot advise estimated costs, since fees vary by country. To learn more, please contact your local customs office or postal carrier. Note that Talarmal will not be able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

1. All orders have a timeline of 5 to 7 business days to be shipped out from our office. 

2. If you are in need of a talarmal item earlier than 5 to 7 business days, please contact us via the Chat feature or email info@talarmal.com before placing your order. Please note expedited processes may have additional fees.

We offer:

+ A 14-day Return + Exchange policy for orders under $100

+ 14-day policy: 14 days since the package's status was marked delivered.

All gemstone pieces are made-to-order and are final sale

2. Care Guide

All of our pieces need love and care for long lasting wear. Our Care Guide lists how each piece should be loved and cared for - we’ve made it super easy for you. Please understand that returns will not be accepted for chemical exposure (lotion, perfume, harsh detergent, etc.) or water damage (swimming, sweating, showering, etc.). 

3. All other products must be:

- Unworn 

- No sign of usage (no scratches, discoloration, etc.) 

- In original packaging (box, pouch, polishing cloth included) 

- If your return request does not meet the above criteria, we are ineligible to process a full return.

4. Shipping

Please ensure your packaging is in the same or similar packaging. Please note Talarmal will not reimburse for extra shipping charges caused due to larger, heavier packaging.

The Talarmal team goes through product inspection before orders are packaged; however, if a product arrives defective please contact us via email with your Order Number at info@talarmal.com.
